The chosen delivery method is always courier and we guarantee products arrival in 3 to 5 working days (EU COUNTRIES), 2 to 3 working days (EXTRA EU COUNTRIES) and 5 to 7 working days for RUSSIAN FEDERATION.

Glamest does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

These expected delivering times are only valid in the event of purchase Monday to Friday until 12 pm.

All the orders placed during weekends will be dealt with on the following Monday morning.


Delivery status

At time of shipping, costumers will receive an email with delivery's information, including tracking number. To know the status of their parcel clients can access at the link reported on the email and insert their tracking number in the appropriate section.

N.B. Internet tracking service is active on the day after the purchase.


Unsuccessful Shipment Delivery

If an order from Glamest srl is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (i.e. absent at address, wrong telephone number, wrong address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the General Sale Conditions, the package risks being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.


Shipment document

All orders are shipped out of Borgio Verezzi, Italy with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euro.


Details

At time of delivery we strongly suggest the customer to carefully check the parcel before signing the receipt. In the circumstance that the package should be damaged or the masking tape shouldn't be intact we recommend not to sign the delivery's receipt and refused it.
