Terms and Conditions
Costumers have the right to cancel the contract with Glamest srl
and return the products purchased, without penalty fees, by 14 days from delivery, if the following terms and conditions are respected:
- fill the online return form from your online account by 14 days from delivery
- items must not be used, washed or been damaged
- the product tag and identification number must not be damaged and remained attached to the item itself
- items must be returned intact and unused in the original package
- every single item must be returned with all tags and accessories received in the package
- Returns must be packaged in the Glamest.com box
- The return request for each order can be made only once. We will not accept additional return requests.
- all returned items must be sent in a single parcel. Glamest srl has the right to refuse returned items from same order shipped back in different times
- After you have filled the online return form, the parcel should arrive in our warehouse no later than 14 days.
- EU COUNTRIES: In the case that a return is requested, the cost of shipping are the responsibility of the Customers. Returned items must be delivered via DHL courier. Our customer care will schedule the pick up in your name.
- EXTRA EU COUNTRIES: in the case that a return is requested, the cost of shipping and any import fees are the responsibility of the Customers. This amount will be deducted from the final refund. Returned items must be shipped via DHL courier . Our customer care will schedule the pick up in your name and DHL will send you the Airway Bill (AWB) and all the requested documents by email.
- RUSSIA: in the case that a return is requested, the cost of shipping and any import fees are the responsibility of the Customers. The Customer must ship back the return by herself since at the moment it is not possible make a pick up in Russia using a private Express courier. Once the shipment has been made, the customer must provide our customer care (by email at firstname.lastname@example.org) the tracking code.
Time and methods of refund
When we have received the returned items and verified these comply to the above mentioned conditions, we will send a confirmation e-mail and refund the amount payed for the items. Refund method will be the same as payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase:
- credit card: the amount will be refunded on the same credit card used for the purchase.
- Paypal: the amount will be refunded on the same Paypal account used at the time of purchase.
- bank transfer: customers have to indicate an IBAN and the amount will be refunded to the connected bank account
Time to credit a refund depends on accuracy of details provided by the customer on the return form and different banks. Usually this doesn't take more than 30 thirty working days. In the eventuality the subject returning the items should be different from the buyer, the refund (if the returned items were to be accepted) will be in favour of the buyer. N.B. EU COUNTRIES: The refund is less shipping costs

NB. Unfortunately currently we cannot offer a free product change. If you want change a product every cost (shipment and import fees) are your responsability.
Failure to accept returned items
In the event the above mentioned conditions should not been respected (also one of the conditions), the client will loose the right of a refund on the payment to Glamest srl.
The costumer can then choose to have the returned items shipped back at his own expenses. If the costumer should decline this possibility, Glamest srl
has the right to keep the items without refund to the costumer.
